Products and orders

Review the product description and selected capacity, colour, condition, network and other options before ordering. Add the product to your cart and complete the order through Shopify checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Prices and payment

The product price, delivery charges, applicable taxes and order total are displayed before you submit your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your order confirmation records the items and options ordered.

Delivery

The available delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Any agreed delivery timeframe is shown with your order information. If a problem affects your order, contact us with your order number.

Cancellations and returns

For eligible online goods purchases, you may tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel, and you then have a further 14 days to return them. See our returns information for how to contact us and arrange a return.
