Cancelling an online purchase

For eligible online goods purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the item after telling us. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling.

How to arrange a return

Use our contact page, including your order number and the items you wish to return. Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address. Pack the device securely and remove personal data and account locks before returning it.

Refunds

For an eligible cancellation, we refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for a premium delivery option is not included. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods

If an item is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, contact us promptly. UK consumer law normally provides a 30-day right to reject faulty goods, with repair, replacement and other remedies available where applicable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
